Return & Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy:
- Before Tour Date: A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made before the scheduled tour date.
- On Tour Date: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the day of the tour.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
Exceptions:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the event of a cancellation due to severe illness, Bad weather, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to determine the best course of action.
